For my first interview this month, I went to chaparral medical group in Claremont. I interviewed my mentor for about 30 minutes and I learned a lot from her. We talked about how important management is in a medical office, and how it is critical to patient care. We talked about what tasks she has to do in order to keep everything in the office in check. I learned that there is a lot more work behind the scenes in the doctors office, and that the nurses all work hard to keep everything in check for their patients. Then, after the interview was over, I walked to Starbucks, which was great because it was next door. And that was my first interview day.
Here is a picture of the office I interviewed at.
And of course, the Starbucks, my name was Nicole.

     2. What is the average age of the patients that you see?
     3. How do you help the patients?
     4. Why did you chose to go into this field?
     5. What is some advice you can give to someone going into the same field? Any suggestions or ideas of where is the best place to work?
